My name is Bob Steigerwald, I am a realtor here in southwest Florida, I have lived here in the SW Florida since 1976 and I want to welcome you to our area. I have lived here most of my life. I was born in Ohio where I lived until my family decided to move to Miami when I was 5 years old. Then we moved to the SW Florida area the last 2 weeks of my fourth grade year where I have remained ever since. I have had the pleasure of seeing the growth in the area from the roads to Marco Island being four laned to Interstate I-75 coming through the SW Florida area in the late 1970’s.

I have developed a great deal of experience and knowledge about southwest Florida, especially the people and the communities not just through growing up here, but by working in the retail industry for my entire life.

For over 20 years I enjoyed working in management and have really developed my skills as a people person, I have been able to work with a wide variety of clients and customers to find out their wants and dreams while honing my work ethic and getting the most out of life that I possibly can. SW Florida is one of the most beautiful locations in the United States and I am very proud to now shift my talents, training and experience over to real estate so I may provide the best for everyone who are looking for a new home, condo or property to buy, A vacation rental for the season or a rental for a longer period of time, To assisting anyone with selling their home, condo or property in the southwest Florida area.

Part of living in SW Florida is being able to enjoy the gulf beaches, fishing and playing tennis with my wonderful daughter who is my pride and joy. Along with my daughter, We also have a Jack Russell terrier named Angel, though she does not always live up to her name. Still, I wouldn’t trade her for anything in the world and it’s made me realize that what we consider the small things in life are actually the most important. Family, friends and man’s best friend make up a large part of my character and I wouldn’t be half the person I am today without the loving support of my family.

Taking in the simpler things in life helps you get the most out of your work as well. In every job I have held, I’ve strived to be the best when it comes to working with customers and in real estate, That means understanding what you may want so I can find you the best deal possible for the home of your dreams.

With my background, work ethic and family support, I have gone into the world of real estate because I have worked with so many people in the surrounding communities and know where the best places are to have a place you can call home. My work experience has helped me to grow in ways that go beyond what being in real estate means, it has helped me to understand that a home is more than just a location, it is the center of our daily lives and by having the best possible house that fits the size and needs of our family is what all real estate agents should strive for.
